30-day returns

If the machine is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start

Email support@innodigym.com with your order number. We will send a return authorisation and collection instructions.

Condition

Items must be complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Keep the box until you are certain you are keeping the machine — returns without original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item arriving and passing inspection.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping on faulty or incorrectly supplied items. For change-of-mind returns, the outbound and return freight cost is deducted from the refund.
