By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout. Taxes and duties may apply depending on destination.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the shipment and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photographs.

Safety

Strength training carries inherent risk. Read the manual before use, follow the safety instructions, and consult a physician before beginning a new training programme.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
